If products are damagaed or having manufacturial issues only those items that have been damaged will be replaced. All incidents must be reported within 1-3 business days after arrival. However these are cosemetic products and are NOT refundable. If customer is unsatified with products recieved they will recieve store credit.
Cosmetic grade products are non-refundable, however if customer is unsatified with items send us a email, we will happy to help you.
